Brother I, a satellite created by Batman, tracks the movements of every human and metahuman on Earth. Now, the government’s spy division Checkmate has taken control of the satellite and the insane Maxwell Lord has hijacked Checkmate and manages to reprogram the satellite to wreak havoc.
